Auto Credit – Build Credit Automatically

There is no reason why building credit has to be difficult.  Remove human error from the equation by following these steps and build credit the easy way, automatically.

The first step is to open a credit card.  You can’t build credit without using credit.  I recommend a Capital One Rewards Card because it has a cash back rewards program where your cash is easy to redeem.

Next pick a recurring low monthly bill that doesn’t change each month.  Netflix is perfect for this.

Change your Netflix (or other bill) so that it charges your credit card instead of your bank account.

Now login to your bank account online and set up an automatic payment or bill pay.  Schedule your bank to pay off the credit card amount in full each month.  To make it easy you can set it up for the 1st of every month.

That’s it.  You’re done!  Too easy right?

Each month Netflix will automatically bill your card and your bank will automatically pay it off on time.  Then every month your credit card company will report to the credit bureau that you made an on-time payment.

Be sure to only pay a small bill because you want majority of the balance on the card to remain available.  Having a large available credit line will help to improve your credit score.
